What happens to the consultation fee if I don't buy an EQUIP plan?
The $100 serves as the one-time fee for a valuable 2 hours strategic consultation. You will walk away with an actionable digital roadmap and expert advice tailored to your business, which you are free to implement on your own.
What exactly are EQUIP Credits?
Think of them as a gift card or a digital voucher. You use these credits as payment — or partial payment — for the annual platform subscription you choose (for example, Juander LMS, Jarvy AI, or Collabida) or for done-for-you services such as eLearning development, automation setup, or digital transformation work. Credits are applied to one platform or service unless your plan specifies otherwise.
Do I need technical knowledge to use the platforms?
No. Our EQUIP setup hours are designed to configure everything for you — we handle the technical side. EQUIP Academy training then teaches you how to use and manage the platform without needing a developer.
Which platform will I get access to?
Your EQUIP plan includes credits for the platform that best fits your goals. During your strategy session, our strategist will recommend the most suitable platform for your business. You are free to choose any platform you prefer — you are not locked into all five.
How can I know which EQUIP plan to choose?
The entire purpose of the Strategy Session is to answer this for you. Based on your goals and budget, our strategist will recommend the plan that makes the most sense for your business — before you commit to anything.
How long does setup take?
Basic platform setup is typically completed within 1–2 weeks for the Starter plan. Larger configurations for Growth and Pro plans are usually done in 3–4 weeks, depending on your content and data.
What happens after the EQUIP setup hours are used?
You take over with the knowledge from your strategy sessions and EQUIP Academy training. We offer optional ongoing support retainers for teams that want continued assistance. Many clients purchase additional EQUIP packs as they grow.
What if my chosen platform's subscription cost exceeds my credits?
You simply pay the difference. Your credits cover as much of the annual subscription as possible — any remaining balance is billed separately.
